BRANDON & ASSOCIATES are a new firm of literary agents formed in mid 2007 to help overcome some of the genuine frustration and feeling of helplessness felt by so many writers trying to get their book published.

 In particular their feeling that no one cares enough about their work to read it properly.   It is our policy at BRANDON & ASSOCIATES to read and reply to all emails within 48 hours.   

BRANDON & ASSOCIATES are always keen to receive submissions from both established authors and first time writers.    However, we are still very discerning and only agree to represent those authors who's work truly stands out.  But before you send us your submission please read our submissions guide carefully.

This year we have agreed to act for :

We have a wide range of interests including most fiction and non fiction, however other agents may be better equipped to deal with your serious poetry or short story and we are very unlikely to get excited about hard core sci-fi or your horror story.

BRANDON & ASSOCIATES hope to make the whole process of getting their client’s book published as stress free as possible while securing the best deal for the writer.   At all times we shall have our client’s best interest in mind.

BRANDON & ASSOCIATES make no charge for reading your submission nor any fees for helping you shape your work, correcting small errors or for any advice given.   We work solely on commission payable once the book is published.   There are no hidden fees and our agency agreement is straight forward and easy to read.

In the right circumstances and with the right manuscript BRANDON & ASSOCIATES may even agree to publish your manuscript themselves.
